What is the return policy?
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, labels, dust bag, box and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product have been worn, washed, or have any traces of use. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number and further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
